How to work COPY-CUT & PASTE on a computer !! Copy paste work learning
Cut-Copy and paste is the most common work in Data Entry work. Here we learn how to do the Cut-Copy and paste work in excel or Word and any other related activities.
A>What Is Copy and what is the work of it -
At first we know what is Copy? Copy means duplicating a section of a document or a thing, Which will stay in one place but will not move from that Place.
Now we learn how to Copy a File In desktop /Documents In file /Cell in excel /Sentence in line /word.
Before learning the Copy method you must know what is selection/Select work.-
Dear viewers, Selection is the most important part of any work in Pc, No work is done on the computer without Select or Selection.
How to Select -
To select text, file, cell, documents , click and hold down the mouse button and while continuing to hold the mouse button drag in the direction you want to highlight. You can also select text by double-clicking a word to select the word or triple-clicking to select the full sentence or paragraph
For Copy any File In desktop-
To copy a file at first we will right click by mouse on the file that we want to copy and then we will click on the copy button from the drop down menu. Clicking on copy means the file has been copied successfully. In the shortcuts method please select the file and press ‘’Control+C’’.
For Copy any Documents In file-
To copy a document at first we will right click by mouse on the Documents that we want to copy and then we will click on the copy button from the drop down menu. IN the shortcuts method please select the documents and press ‘’Control+C’’.
For Copy any Cell in excel-
To copy a Cell at first we will right click by mouse on the center in the cell that we want to copy and then we will click on the copy button from the drop down menu, In the same method in shortcuts ‘’Control+C’’.
For Copy Sentence in line /word.
To copy a Sentence or Word From any line at first we will right click by mouse on the selection point that we want to copy and then we will click on the copy button from the drop down menu.
At first we know what CUT is? Cut means Moving a section of a document or a thing, Which will not stay in one place but will move from that Place to another place.
Dear Viewers, the cut method is the same as copy method but its not Duplicating, In the same way of copy at first we select a file, Document, Sentence or word, press the right button and click on the cut button. Clicking on cut means the file has been cut successfully. In the shortcuts method please select the file or others and press ‘’Control+X’’.
At first we know what Paste is? Paste means store a section of a document or a thing, Which will store in one place.
Dear viewers, the Paste method will work when a document or things, Cut or Copied. If you do not copy or cut a section or document the paste method will never work. In the shortcuts method please select the file or others and press ‘’Control+V’’.
